Awesome experience at every appointment I’ve had. My Hygiene Assistant Marian was so sweet, very efficient and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Americano provided the same level of efficiency and comfort, and answered any questions I had while explaining each step during my visit. I appreciate their recommendations and always appreciate the smile they put on my face.

I cannot say enough great things about Hermitage Modern Dentistry and Dr. Fili! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and kind. Dr. Fili was truly amazing—thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable the entire visit, and genuinely cared about my experience. I’ve never felt so at ease at a dental appointment before. The office is modern, clean, and runs so efficiently. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, compassionate, and goes above and beyond, Dr. Fili is it. Highly, highly recommend!

I have been going to the Hermitage modern dentistry office for several years and have always felt welcomed and that I have received excellent dental care. The team headed by Dr. Fili And her team hygienist Molly and her assistant Marion were very professional caring and make you feel very much at ease. I highly recommend dental care at this office.

I'm really happy I chose this place to be my dentist after moving to Nashville - the staff are all so kind and made me feel very comfortable, definitely a good place for someone who is nervous about dentists. Had the most thorough cleaning and explanation of how my teeth are doing I've ever had in my life, and a really smooth experience of having my cavity fixed. All in all a very professional and high standard of care, I felt very well looked after, and also they all seem to love working with each other as well, it's just a really nice positive environment! I saw Dr Americano, Molly and Marian, and Sara helped me on the front desk! Thank you all so much!

Hermitage Modern Dentistry is great! Moving from Waahington, DC to Nashville, TN and trying to find a great dentist is hard but trying to find one that will do right by you and be honest is even harder. Dr. Fili worked with me as a 3 time cancer survivor and informed me of my overall health; not just my teeth! The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and warm! The LDA Viola put all my fears at ease! Very thankful I found them! I wouldn’t trust anyone else but them! They make you feel like family!

Hygiene Assistant Marian, Dr. Fili, and the entire staff have been incredible since day 1. I've been going here for years and they take thier time to make sure everything goes smoothly. I've always been seen quickly and have never had a bad encounter. 10 out of 10. Great office and great staff. I highly recommend Hermitage Modern Dentistry.

I had an AMAZING experience with the team at Hermitage Modern Dentistry. I hadn't been to any dentist for 5+ years and was nervous about starting with a new practice. Everyone on the team was SO kind, judgement free, and took lots of time to make sure I understood the care I was receiving. I really appreciated how informative the dental hygienist was, and how great it was to have a person who explained the payment and insurance to me. I am recommending them to everyone I know!!!! It is a whole new dentist experience- free of fear and full of care!

Sometimes God places the right people in our path at the right time. After driving from Texas to Mount Juliet to care for our grandchildren, I had an unexpected dental emergency when a wire hook on my lower denture pierced my tongue. I walked into Dr. Fili’s office, and Carla, Alex, and Dr. Fili immediately welcomed me with compassion and took care of me within minutes. Dr. Fili removed the wire, and thankfully no stitches were needed. I am incredibly grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and quick care I received from the entire team. You turned a painful moment into a blessing. Congratulations, Dr. Fili, on becoming a new mom. Thank you for helping me get back to enjoying this special time with my grandchildren & keep up the good work!

Dr. Fili and her team are truly a wonderful group of people who you can tell have a genuine care for their patients’ dental health. Myself, my wife, and now my mother have all three become patients of Dr. Fili’s. She and her team are honest and will only recommend treatment that’s necessary - none of the high pressure ‘sales’ that I’ve always experienced at other dental offices. Both her and her office manager Sara make sure every question is answered and never make us feel rushed, so we always leave well informed and well taken care of. I am pleased to share several positive experiences. My initial visit to this dental office was marked by the courteous and friendly staff. I sought dental treatment due to significant pain on the left side of my mouth and was attended to by Dr. Denyer, who was exceptionally warm and welcoming. She guided me through the procedure to help reduce my anxieties. Subsequently, I scheduled a root canal procedure with Dr. Kanwal, a specialist, which occurred approximately one week later; this appointment was also handled with professionalism and efficiency. On both occasions, Karla, HC, from the healthcare team provided outstanding support, ensuring that I was well-prepared, comfortable, and appropriately informed about each process.
